This Saturday, November 11, is the annual Scouting for Food Drive put on by the boyscouts and Gleaners. Volunteers to help direct traffic, unload food from vehicles, and record Scout Unit preparation are asked to meet at the VFW Bruce Post on 28404 Jefferson at 9:00 am.
The site is open from 9:00am-2:00 pm. Volunteers are welcome to stay the entire time or for 2 hours.
Hot chocolate and hot dogs will be provided. If you have specific questions, you can contact Mr. Milligan at 586-292-8333.
You report to Mr. Milligan, who describes himself as shorter build with a red and white beard.
