St. Anne Fish Fry

So here are the basics to our annual fish fries. We start on Ash Wednesday and we now conclude on the Friday of Palm Sunday.   Report times are as follows: 345pm or honestly when you can get their.  See either Don Smith or Natalie Smith for check in or one of the gals taking orders inside the gym.  We conclude dinner services at 8 pm. We will need help inside the gym, drive through, cafeteria kitchen and or fry tent area.  If anyone assists with drive through, dress appropriately .  We typically always welcomed help with bussing tables, garbage removal, serve line building of orders for inside dining or drive through.  ( we have 2 serve stations) taking food from fry tent to serve lines, assisting if necessary in fry tent, kitchen assistance with food prep and clean up , taking orders outside from cars, etc. We also always welcomed many hands assisting with tear down after dinner service to speed up clean up of the gym.
