Opportunities From: De La Salle Collegiate High School

Volunteers will assist with decorating the cafeteria & hallways into a purple and gold wonderland in preparation for the CBA Holiday Arts & Craft Show Weekend!  The decorating starts on Thursday, November 20, 2025.

On Saturday, November 22nd following the event, we will take down some of the decorations, store and label them leaving some decor up until Christmas break begins.

The remainder of the decorations will be taken down, stored and labeled during the morning/afternoon of Friday, December 19th.

Volunteers are needed to help prep and plate our delicious appetizers and then manage the stations during the event.  You will replenish food trays as necessary and be able to interact with our guests as they stroll through the halls enjoying the 2025 Sip & Shop.

Volunteers are needed to help clear the appetizer stations at the end of the evening.  Directions will be given regarding what to do with leftover food, how to pack unused plates, napkins, & utensils, tablecloths etc.  

Two hours are being allocated for cleanup, but you may be finished earlier.

Love the beautiful wreaths and crosses displayed at Christmas time?  Come help us "prep" the bows, berries and pinecones that the CBA adds to the greenery sold as part of the CBA Annual CraftShow!

Adult volunteers are needed to finish attaching pine cones, berries and festive bows made in previous workshops to the greenery once it is delivered to the school on Friday morning - 11/21/25. Hello!

We are looking for volunteers to help set up the school gym and hallways for the Sip & Shop on Thursday night and then again for the Craft Show on Friday night.  Duties will include such activities as attaching table skirts, placing table cloths, and various other duties.  On Saturday following the event, adults are needed to help tear down and clean up. 

Students will also be on hand to assist with various tasks but will need supervision.
